The hostess, Lee, long-time resident of Taos, along with her staff, provide nurturing therapeutic massage, spa treatments and energy work to guests so-inclined to choose such luxuries.
The North Star Suite (left) embraces you with rustic charm. Palettes of wood and warm autumn colors invite relaxation and deep peace. The suite has a queen bed and small sofa bed, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious bath. The east entrance faces an awesome view of

The Sunflower Suite (right) is a light-filled, sunny studio with picturesque windows, inviting you to view our southern mountain horizon. The Sunflower studio has the flexibility of a king & comfortable double futon, or a twin and double futon, plus a fully equipped kitchenette and luxury bath. You may receive a complimentary herbal or aromatherapy bath in your own private whirlpool tub. This sunny space can accommodate up to 2 persons.
The two private suites together, can accommodate up to four persons.
Sage Waters is located just five minutes north of the center of Taos, and 25 minutes from Taos Ski Valley. It is surrounded by an exquisite 360 degree panoramic view of mountain horizons and oceanic sage.
Sage Waters acts as a "Mini-Spa-Retreat", with guests receiving a 10% discount for massage and spa treatments.

Reservations / Cancellations
We ask that all reservations made within a seven day period prepay in full. Reservations made outside of the seven day period are required to pay half deposit plus tax. Longer term rentals of one month or more, pay in full one month prior to their arrival. Cancellations made two weeks or less from the date of arrival are not refundable. However, guests may apply their deposit to another stay (the same duration or longer) within one year. Cancellations made two weeks or more from the date of booking will receive a full refund, minus $20 processing fee. This applies to short term rentals only. Longer term rentals of one month or more, must pay in full 30 days prior to arrival and give one month's notice to cancel.
