Sometimes the hardest part is simply beginning. This is a free thirty minute conversation between you and me. There is no script, no pressure, and nothing you need to prepare. It is a quiet space to share what is sitting on your heart, to ask anything you are wondering about, and to feel whether my work is the right fit for where you are right now. We might talk about what has been feeling heavy or unclear lately. We might talk about one of the paths I offer, whether that is a one on one Soul Restoration session, a retreat, or deeper trauma work. Or we might simply sit together and let you get a sense of who I am and how I hold space. You do not need to have the right words. You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for. You only need to be curious. If we feel like a fit, we will talk gently about what comes next. And if the timing or the path is not right, that is completely welcome too. You will leave this call with more clarity either way, and there is never any obligation. The answers you are seeking already live inside you.
