What Is a Soul Restoration?

Soul Restoration is a one-on-one energy healing session for anyone, women and men alike, who feels weighed down, stuck, or somehow not quite themselves. Maybe you have been carrying grief, an old pattern that keeps repeating, or a heaviness you cannot name. This is a space to set it down.
In each session, I gently read and clear the layers where old wounds tend to live, your emotional body, your intuition, and your soul. Together we follow the thread back to the original core wound, and one by one we begin to dissolve the quiet agreements you have made with yourself and others that no longer serve you. My work is not about me fixing you. I guide the process so that you begin to see clearly for yourself, hear your own inner voice, and remember that the answers you have been searching for already live inside you.
Sessions are offered in person in Taos, New Mexico, or online over Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Distance changes nothing. The healing is every bit as powerful either way.
What happens in a session
The day before we meet, I tune in and scan three areas: your emotional body and chakra system, your physical and intuitive body, and your soul, the bigger picture of your spiritual essence. When we come together, in person or over Zoom, I share what I saw, and I ask how you most naturally receive, whether through seeing, sensing, feeling, knowing, or hearing.
You settle in wherever you are comfortable, sitting or lying down. I clear the space with sage, lay out crystals and stones, and call in the ancestors, angels, and benevolent guides to support your healing. I rarely use touch, and never without asking you first. Through breath and guided meditation, we connect to the grounding light of the earth and begin to balance your chakras. From there we listen to your heart, gut, and intuition, and gently release the old pacts that have been running your life. Many people find this deeply freeing. We close by making a new promise to yourself.
How this is different from therapy, massage, or Reiki
Soul Restoration is its own kind of work. There is rarely any physical contact, and every session is completely unique to you. I do not teach, coach, counsel, or diagnose. Instead, I hold a space and guide a process so that you come to rely on your own inner knowing for the answers you seek. This is spiritual and energetic support. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either.

Does it work online, or do I need to travel to Taos?
Both work beautifully. I offer sessions in person in Taos and as distance energy healing over Zoom. You simply find a quiet, comfortable place at home, and we begin. The energy moves just as fully across any distance.
Do I need to understand energy work or chakras to benefit?
Not at all. Many of the people who feel the biggest shifts arrived unsure it would even work. You only need to be curious and willing. I will guide you through every step.
What might I feel afterward?
People often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves, no longer pulled so strongly by their old reactions. When an old pattern does arise, you begin to notice it and choose differently, without harshness toward yourself.
