An Inner Resonance retreat is time away in Taos, New Mexico, to step out of a full and noisy life and come back to yourself. There is no fixed script. Reese listens to what your soul is asking for and shapes each day around you, weaving healing sessions with rest, reflection, and the stillness of the high desert. You are held in the tiny temple, fed, cared for, and gently guided through the kind of shift that is hard to reach on your own.

This is a personalized retreat for someone ready to reset. Over two to four days, you settle into the tiny temple and move through healing sessions designed around what you most need to release and restore. Between sessions there is space to walk, journal, rest, and let the work settle. It unfolds gently and non-linearly, exactly as your soul directs.

Best for someone who feels stretched thin and is ready to reconnect with themselves in a nurturing, unhurried space.

This is Reese's most intensive offering, a four or seven day cleanse of body, mind, and spirit held one on one in Taos. Alongside energetic healing, you are guided through a gentle physical cleanse that clears what the body has held for years, often since childhood. You begin with a soft at-home pre-cleanse before you arrive, then move through deep daily support in a field of unconditional care. The protocol was developed by two South African women healers and shaped for the Western world.

Best for someone ready and committed to a full, immersive reset on every level.
